I’m originally from El Salvador but now I’m a Florida local! I’m a creative extrovert that enjoys everything from complex economics to participating in the fine arts. I opened my first business when I was seven years old and co-hosted a weekly national radio show when I was eight. Although my love for management and communications is a driving force of my young professional career, it’s my calling to help motivate and empower others that sit at the very heart of my daily life. I’ve founded two organizations to help motivate my peers and children of underprivileged backgrounds; I’m determined to inspire them to dream big and prepare them to cease their moment.

live a story worth telling
We have all heard of people with some pretty incredible life stories. The only thing stopping us from being one of those people is ourselves. I seek life experiences that help me write an inspiring story about magic, adventure, overcoming hardship, and achieving big dreams; a story worth telling to inspire others.

I love to embark on projects that expand my understanding of the world and challenge me to widen my perspectives.
"The world is made up of constantly evolving, intertwined stories that shape each other into what we call life."

leadership
Leadership is engraved into the fabric of what makes me myself. I am an optimistic and positive leader with a proven track record of success in motivating my teams and delivering results that surpass expectations. My passion for leadership began at a young age, but even those who are born leaders must put in the work to become great, and that's what I've been doing for over 6 years through my work in the non-profit & student engagement space. Thanks to my experience founding 2 organizations and helping/consulting over 10 start-up community projects, I have developed the toolkit of skills necessary to passionately and effectively lead impactful programs.

Through my leadership, I strive to create a collaborative working environment that utilizes diversity to deliver creative solutions and inspire audiences. I love to embark on projects that expand my understanding of the world and challenge me to widen my perspectives. I believe that a good leader is well-rounded, which is why I strive to partake in as many experiences and fields of professional work as possible, to help lead my team with a holistic point of view. From management and event planning to branding and content production, I am ready to help my team succeed personally and professionally.

I am grateful for the media recognition of my leadership experiences (local, national, and even international). As a Latino, I am proud to help represent leadership excellence for Hispanic Americans and El Salvadoreans everywhere.

Professional

Though I am a current student at the University of Florida, I am a professional who works as a freelance consultant and branding specialist. With over 5 years of experience, I help businesses and non-profits build appealing brands that tell a compelling story through media such as design, photography, or videography.

I began to dive into the professional world in 8th grade when I began to show a lot of serious interest in working at The Walt Disney Company. Since then I have networked and worked in professional environments that foster my innovative and creative spirit.

Thanks to my experience spearheading The National Dreamers Association, I have developed several valuable transferable skills that I utilize to maximize my performance and that of my team in a professional creative or office setting.
As I continue to gain experience in the workforce as a media professional, I incorporate aspects of my education in innovation to deliver results through new and exciting methods.

My work is now reflected in the Luis Lageyre Creative Group, a holding company that operates three agencies: a branding agency, a creative film studio, and a voice-over agency. Providing me a platform to explore, develop, and fine-tune my skills in a professional business setting.
